Chalets

Corporate Chalets are available at the Gathering of Mustangs & Legends. The Chalets are an excellent opportunity for companies to invite employees or clients to enjoy and share in the history of aviation. Chalet requests must be received by August 1, 2007.

Chalets come in various sizes as outlined below:

  • 100 people/day
  • 140 people/day
  • 200 people/day

Each chalet includes:

  • Private secure area for your guest
  • Chalet Tent w/flooring & carpeting - providing shade and privacy
  • Private courtyard w/umbrella tables
  • Dining tables w/fresh linens & padded chairs
  • Optimum show viewing area location
  • General Admission tickets for each guest
  • Handicap access
  • Limited VIP parking passes

    
As an option you may select from one of our quality caterers to provide gourmet lunches and beverages for your guests. Final menus will be available by June 30th.
